Bush= Buffoon: A ludicrous or bumbling person; a fool.
I know I talk a lot about the Prez, and what a real boor (a crude uncouth ill-bred person lacking culture or refinement)he is. I am sure one day the history books will reflect what is the sad truth - he IS the WORST President EVER.
That being said, I would just love to leave you with a quote from GEORGIE talking about his "job" as President of the United States.....
"In this job you've got a lot on you plate on a regular basis; you don't have much time to sit around and wander, lonely, in the Oval Office, kind of asking different portraits, 'How do you think my standing will be?'"
-George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., March 16, 2005.
WHAT?????? What????? Are you serious???? I challenge you, my readers, to make sense of this.....what does that statement SAY to you?
308 DAYS LEFT AND COUNTING......!!!

Agreed. It's embarrassing. I can't wait for it all to end...
Nonners!
You are having a relapse of BDS! Take your meds!
Worst??? Really???
Heck, he is not even the worst in our lifetime--Carter has that distinction. It was Carter's refusal to support the Shah that led to the fundamentalist regime in Iran and sowed the seeds of the Islamofascist movement. His economic policies plunged us into a protracted recession (1978-1983) with uncontrolled inflation, uncontrolled interest rates, uncontrolled increases in taxation--malaise, indeed! BUT, even with this, he does not even rank in the bottom 5, and probably not even in the bottom 10.
You have a better-than-average understanding of history, John...c'mon. The WORST??? Worse than Buchanan? Grant? Pierce? A. Johnson? Fillmore? Tyler? Taylor? Harding?
Presidential rankings, of course, are based on the criteria used. (Great example can be found at: http://www.backwoodshome.com/articles/silveira49.html). I would assume, knowing your beliefs, that you are using the supposed anti-constitutional activity of the administration...WORST??? Worse than Lincoln (suspended habeus corpus, suspended the Bill of Rights, unconstitutionally raised taxes for an unconstitutional war, used an unconstitutional draft, etc., etc.)? Adams (Alien and Sedition Act)? Jefferson (undeclared war, Louisiana Purchase, etc.)? Wilson (imprisoned 5000 for speaking out against WWI)? FDR (unconstitutional expansion of federal government, war crimes)? Truman (war crimes, federal takeover of industries)?
Worst??? Hardly. Of course, he is not in the top 5 either...
Take your meds, John!
Love you!
Okay,if not worst you should be able to agree that he is the least well-spoken. What I think he means is this: he is wondering if they are going to place his portrait in the oval office itself or over the toilet. Even he realizes that he is not well liked and hardly respected.
Also, I can hardly believe that the rise of "Islamo-fascism" can be attributed to one president. It surely has its roots in the European colonialism of the region and in the region's shared distaste over the UN creation of Israel.
